  • ShipSetu acts as a logistics aggregator and facilitator, not a courier company
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time

2. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and complete shipment details, including weight, dimensions, value, and addresses
  • Any incorrect information may lead to delays, penalties, or cancellation
  • Users are responsible for ensuring shipments comply with applicable laws

3. Prohibited Shipments

Users must not ship items that are:

  • Illegal, hazardous, or restricted under Indian law
  • Perishable, explosive, flammable, or dangerous goods
  • Items prohibited by courier partners

ShipSetu reserves the right to cancel such shipments without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All shipping charges must be paid in advance via wallet or approved payment methods
  • Rates are dynamic and may change based on courier, location, weight, and availability
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Incorrect weight/dimensions
    • Remote area delivery
    • RTO (Return to Origin)

5. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances
  • ShipSetu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners

6. Liability & Loss

  • ShipSetu is a facilitator; liability lies with the courier partner as per their policies
  • We are not liable for:
    • Loss, damage, or delay of shipments
    • Incorrect delivery due to wrong details provided by the user
  • Our responsibility is limited to assisting with tracking and coordination

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy
  • No refunds will be issued after shipment pickup
  • Wallet-based refunds apply unless otherwise stated

8. Account & Misuse

  • Users must not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • ShipSetu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice in case of misuse

9. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, branding, and materials belong to ShipSetu
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited

10. Privacy

  • Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy
  • User data may be shared with courier and payment partners strictly for operational purposes

11. Limitation of Liability

  • ShipSetu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific shipment

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India
  • Jurisdiction: Courts of Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra

13. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time
  • Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated Terms
