Refund/Return Policy
At ShipSetu Logistics Private Limited, we operate on a wallet-based system to ensure fast and seamless shipment processing. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed.
1. Wallet-Based System
- Users are required to add funds to their ShipSetu Wallet before booking shipments
- All shipping charges are deducted from the wallet balance
- Refunds, if applicable, are credited back to the wallet
2. Refund on Shipment Cancellation
- If a shipment is cancelled before pickup, the applicable amount will be refunded to the userβs wallet
- Once the shipment has been picked up by the courier partner, no refund will be issued
3. Failed or Unsuccessful Shipments
Refunds may be processed in the following cases:
- The courier partner fails to pick up the shipment
- Shipment is cancelled due to service unavailability
- Duplicate payment or technical errors
All such refunds will be credited to the ShipSetu Wallet within a reasonable processing time.
4. Wallet Balance Usage
- Wallet balance can be used for future shipments and related services
- Refunds are not transferred to bank accounts under normal circumstances
5. Account Closure
- If a user chooses to permanently close their account, the remaining wallet balance may be transferred to their bank account
- This is subject to verification and approval by ShipSetu
6. Processing Time
- Refunds to the wallet are usually processed within 3β7 business days
- Delays may occur depending on the courier partner’s confirmation or technical checks
7. Important Notes
- Any disputes must be raised within a reasonable time after the shipment booking
- ShipSetu reserves the right to review and approve refund requests
- Misuse or fraudulent activity may lead to the rejection of refunds
